PROPOSITION OF WORK

Helping revitalise a 40-year old business for growth

CHALLENGE

We were contacted by FLEXIHIRE, an industrial equipment rental business, to undertake a rebranding process. The management had just bought the business out from the holding company BOC and wanted to re-invigorate the look and feel that was developed by the founder in 1979.

To achieve this, we had to retain? the heritage of the logo and build upon it, since it went everywhere: from warehouse signage to uniforms, earth-moving equipment to power tools.

Furthermore, we were tasked with upgrading the UX of the site for ease of booking equipment.

Updated UX

We took learnings from the old website, and developed a brand UX, hosting 47 different types of equipment for hire with a document library containing technical information for each make and model.
